
Eileen Davis
Director, Ulmer Career Management Center
Eileen has served the career needs of CoB undergraduate and graduate students and alumni since 2005. She holds J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Utah has 12 years of corporate human resources experience and worked at two global outplacement firms. She is a GCDF-certified career coach and was named a Business First “20 People to Know in Career Development” in 2017.

Katie Etheridge
Academic Counselor, Sr., Advising
Katie advises undergraduate students in any phase – from recruiting to graduation. She also coordinates the Living Learning Community (LLC) of College of Business freshmen. Guiding the students through their college experience, determining their goals together, and helping them find success academically, professionally, and socially are some of her key responsibilities.

Raymond Green
Executive Director, Undergraduate Programs
Raymond brings nearly a decade of educational leadership experience to the College of Business. Throughout his career, he leads in educational innovation and equity. His role includes overseeing continual improvement in admissions, advising, student experience, career services, and partnerships for undergraduate students as well as overseeing the Cardinal Bridge Academy, a transformative educational experience to high school juniors and seniors from talented diverse communities.

Jerome Thomas
Student Success Coach, Advising
Jerome Thomas is the Student Success Coach for the College of Business. He holds a BS in Sociology from the University of Louisville and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. Jerome’s background includes 16.5 years of working in higher education. In his prior roles, he was a Counselor, Tutor Coordinator, a Ready To Work Coordinator, and a First-Year Experience Adjunct Faculty.

Michael Wade
Director of the School of Accountancy and Instructor, Accountancy
Michael F. Wade is the Director of the School of Accountancy. He also serves as the Program Director of the Master of Accountancy and teaches accounting full-time at the University of Louisville’s College of Business. Michael is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army and an avid golfer, tennis player.
